  “They are the worst apartments in WV. This place is entirely small so you would think they would be more accommodating. My story is too long to begin to tell you the issues with repairs/maintenance and billing issues. Roxanne is suffering from Dementia in my opinion because she can't remember what she has said from one day to the next so save receipts, messages of all kinds, letters, notices etc. you will need them if you reside here. I was warned byany of the students at Marietta College but because I was desperate and new to the very small area I jumped right in and now they are holding by my feet. I'm in an legal case with them as we speak. Avoid this place at all cost!!! They will lie and make fake reviews or either change the apartment name again like they do when bad reviews come.”
